It was fab stay, I didn't want to say goodbye and would go back in flash. The location was marvellous - short walk to the yubatake and the convenience store as well as the town square. It also was to most places of interest. I had the japanese-style room which was comfy and warm.

We enjoyed our stay at a magical ryokan that captured the essence of Japanese design and tradition. The location, tucked away from the busy tourist areas, provided a sense of tranquility. The onsen was clean and inviting, offering both indoor and outdoor baths. The highlight of our experience was the kaiseki dining, where every dish was a culinary masterpiece explained to us in detail. we had a wonderful time at Osakaya Ryokan and would highly recommend it.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating during my Easter stay at this traditional Japanese property. The location was perfect, making it easy to walk to the nearby hot springs. I enjoyed the exquisite meals, especially the sukiyaki and sashimi.
The property could use some upgrades, especially the onsen baskets and wood trim in the rooms. the parking lot was a bit far from the main building, and my car was covered in ice and snow when I checked out.

The hotel has a charming, traditional atmosphere with attentive staff who go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. the location is convenient, located just a short walk from a popular attraction. the onsen is a highlight, with clean and comfortable indoor and outdoor baths. the kaiseki meals are exceptional with each dish thoroughly explained. the room is spacious and quiet, making for a relaxing stay.
The parking could be improved as it may require a bit of a walk to the hotel and in inclement weather, the car may be covered in snow or ice.
